“ The people are so friendly. The food is good. The inside of the restaurant is not very inviting. They keep it very dark which makes me wonder about its cleanliness. We always order takeout. The prices have gone up considerably over the years, but they have everywhere else too. It's a Madison staple. Very happy to have Happy China there for us! ”
